Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are only applicable if the item has:

 

A misprint

Defective stitching or material

A torn/damaged suit

How to Request an Exchange

Contact us immediately via our WhatsApp button on the website or the Contact Page.

Send a clear picture of the suit highlighting the damage or defect.

Once verified, we will process the exchange and provide the replacement.

Important:

Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be exchanged.

Make sure to report any issue within 7 days for us to assist you.
