1. What products do you offer?
We offer high-quality 3-piece suits in a variety of fabrics including Swiss Lawn, Shamooz Silk, and beautifully embroidered suits. Each outfit includes a shirt, trouser, and dupatta – perfect for casual wear, formal events, or festive occasions.
2. Are your suits stitched or unstitched?
All our suits are unstitched 3-piece fabric sets, giving you the flexibility to get them tailored to your preferred style and measurements.
3. How can I place an order?
You can place your order through our website or by contacting us directly on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook. Once you confirm your product and details, we will process the order and dispatch it within 24 hours.
4. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 3 to 4 working days for most locations across Pakistan. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
5. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. You can pay once your parcel arrives at your doorstep.
6. Is shipping free?
Shipping charges may vary based on your location and order size. We sometimes offer free shipping promotions—so keep an eye on our sales and deals.
7. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp after your order is successfully placed. If you don’t receive confirmation within 24 hours, feel free to reach out to our support team.
8. What if I receive a wrong or defective product?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or return based on our return policy.
9. Do you offer exchanges or returns?
Yes, we accept exchanges for damaged or incorrect products. Please note that suits must be unworn and in original packaging. Customized or stitched items are not eligible for return.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. If you're outside Pakistan and interested in our collection, please contact us directly for a custom shipping solution.
