At Women’s Poshak, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 2-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You must request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Only unstitched suits are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customized or stitched suits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

Reasons Accepted for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item or design.

  • The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • There is a missing piece from your 3-piece suit.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, product pictures, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. You will need to ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service.

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault from our side (wrong or damaged item).

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue an exchange or refund as per your request.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
